There’s been continuous DDos attacks on the server since it first went down (last Thursday). Because our network is so robust, its taken a while to realise what’s been happening.
This has been affecting performance of the server, and as a result, we have removed the server from our network temporarily.

Minecraft SMP: more TDB server goodness
So, I’ve spent a good few hours again today on The Daily Block’s community server.
